This legal agreement establishes the binding terms and conditions between SocialEdge and participants of our social media training programs. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.

- Use acquired knowledge and skills ethically and professionally
- Provide accurate information during enrollment and communication
- Report any misuse of course materials or violations of these terms
2. Conduct Requirements
Participants must maintain professional conduct including:
- Respectful interaction with instructors and fellow participants
- Constructive participation in discussions and group activities
- Punctual attendance for scheduled sessions and meetings
- Appropriate use of communication channels and platforms
- Honest completion of assessments and assignments
- Constructive feedback and professional discourse
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials
- Recording or capturing content without explicit permission
- Using course access for competitive intelligence gathering
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Attempting to disrupt or compromise system security
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
4. Age and Capacity Requirements
Enrollment requires that participants:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Possess necessary technical skills for online participation
- Have access to required technology and internet connectivity
- Meet any specific prerequisite requirements for advanced courses
Liability and Warranties
Disclaimer of Warranties
SocialEdge provides training services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:
- Specific career outcomes or professional advancement
- Revenue generation or business success from applied knowledge
- Uninterrupted access to all course materials and platforms
- Compatibility with all devices or internet configurations
- Accuracy of third-party information or platform updates
Limitation of Liability
SocialEdge's liability is limited as follows:
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- No responsibility for decisions made based on course content
- Limited liability for technical issues beyond our reasonable control
- No liability for third-party platform changes or discontinuation
Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify SocialEdge against:
- Claims arising from violation of these terms and conditions
- Misuse of course materials or intellectual property
- Inappropriate conduct during training sessions
- Legal violations in application of learned techniques
- Third-party claims related to participant actions
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions
- Internet outages or major technical infrastructure failures
- Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Major social media platform policy changes or shutdowns
- Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union regulations applicable in Cyprus.

Jurisdiction
Legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

Dispute Resolution

SocialEdge reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with reasonable notice to participants. Significant changes will be communicated through email notifications and prominent website announcements.
Notice Period
Material changes to these terms will be effective 30 days after notification. Minor administrative updates may take effect immediately with appropriate notice.
Acceptance of Changes
Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Participants who do not agree to changes may terminate their enrollment with appropriate refund consideration.
